Giving customers the run around on products that was purchased months ago and still not shipped. Yes deals are good, but if they can’t own up to not just giving deals but delivering the whole promise, then as a company they fail.

I am waiting for my product and its now 4 months and they just contacted me saying we will ship it soon. ???? seriously. And I’ve complained 3 times now wanting a refund.
