“Tomorrow I will….”

Why not today you might ask?  The reality is, given life’s circumstances, spontaneity is not always possible.

This was the mindset that Sofia had when she decided to launch this blog.  A physiotherapist who has most recently worked in home care, Sofia has taken a break from physio to focus on planning for “tomorrow”.  She wanted a forum to explore ideas, and hence, this blog was born.

Sofia looks forward to sharing her experience with you from her home in Toronto, where she lives with her husband and two children.
