So, I was thinking, if you’re going to venture and follow my journey and take up walking or any other form of  exercise

  1. Check with your doctor first , is the activity safe for you.
  2. Regardless of whether you decide to walk or run good shoes are a must.
  3. If you are hesitant to speak with a salesperson because you don’t understand the shoe/foot lingo.

Try Runner’s World they have excellent videos in regards to understanding  foot types. They have a section called the shoe finder where you input info like gender, size, price, brand, type of shoe for your foot type  and they will provide you with a list of shoes that fit your criteria. Print it off and happy shopping.
